Good Morning,

I actually slept really well last night! I'm so happy. Actually drinking SW has helped me so much with reducing my stress level and sleeping. I just have to do my part and be sure to get to bed on time. I'm feeling tons better today though, for that I am deeply grateful.

I'm really looking forward to having a delightful day. Kecia & I have a spec home for sale, we're very hopeful and thinking happy thoughts that we'll have it sold this week for sure! Yeah! That will be a huge blessing in our lives - I can't wait for the economy to improve. But we're blessed to have our current clients we're building for. I love building homes for loving families. We have the greatest clients, they become friends for life! I'll keep you posted on our spec house - it's so beautiful, I really do love it!

I'm so, so excited for school to be out... I can't wait to have my kids home with me. We have tons of fun together, I live for their hugs and kisses. I'm excited for summer in so many ways!

I'm riding my bike right now, I'm almost half way. I'll touch base later this evening with an update of my diet. I'm going to really stay focused on my end result - I'm going to visualize my body as though I have already achieved my fitness goals.

Today's Diet:
Today was truly such a busy day, I met several amazing people which I introduced to SXinney Water. I truly hope they join my team - I loved each of them and hope to have the opportunity to work with them, we'd have a wonderful time I'm sure...

I prefaced that because my eating was not that great. I went too long between meals, but ate good non the less. And I have to say that before I left home I took a handful of CRave packets with me and had them throughout the day. And at 3:00 pm I realized that I had to eat... I literally was not hungry! It was soooo cool! Anyway, here's what I ate today...

7:00 am SW & CRave, vitamins & protein drink with water (I always eat first thing in the morning to jump start my metabolism.)

12:00 pm 32 oz SW & CRave

3:00 pm Protein bar, 1 orange, SW & CRave

4:30 pm Almonds, 1/2 c cottage cheese & 1/2 yogurt, 32 oz water

6:00 pm Protein bar & SW

10:00 pm SW & CRave, vitamins

I needed more fruit and veggies for sure. But it was such a crazy day that I didn't get home until 9:45 pm! I'm very, very tired... so I'm off to bed. I'll touch base in the morning. Sweet dreams!

TIP OF THE DAY....

To build muscle quickly be sure to eat protein with each and every meal. Be sure to eat a protein, complex carb & veggies for at least 3 of your main meals. Also, to burn fat try not to eat any carbs after 6 pm. Your last meal should consist of protein & veggies. And of course you won't want to forget your SXinney Water and CRave. If you follow these guidelines you'll see great result sooner. Happy eating! :P

TIP OF THE DAY....

When eating a clean diet if you happen to 'fall off the wagon' or find yourself sabotaging your efforts, don't get mad at yourself and give up. Just realize that you didn't eat as well as you would've liked for that one meal. Regroup and focus on your goals and then eat clean for the rest of the day. And remember to think positively about yourself. Be sure to drink your SXinney Water and CRave. That will dramatically assist in clearing the cravings for the salty, sugary foods.

Hi there!

Well, this morning I woke up very tired... I went to bed way too late and woke up early. Its going to be more difficult to exercise today, but that's okay. I've had my SW and protein drink & vitamins prior to hitting my gym. I already did my cardio, it wasn't as easy as usual. I actually need a lot of sleep, especially when I have a lot going on in my life - like now. I've been really busy lately with my construction company, ZXoom business & horse training - not to mention being a attentive mother & wife. But it's all so good. Life is exciting and full of wonderful experiences. I'll get through today with a positive mindset, good wholesome food and a happy attitude.

My cute husband has been rebuilding his engine in his twin turbo Supra. I love to walk out to his garage and watch him at work. He has one fast car, he does a 1/4 mile in 11 seconds, and that was with his old engine! His new one will be even more powerful. He's really gifted, he's done all the work on it himself! He's been in magazines and people from all over the world contact him for his expertise. He has a professional car lift in his garage, it's pretty cool. I have to say that I'm so grateful spring has finally arrived for good. It's fun to see all the sports cars, convertibles & motorcycles on the road. There's nothing more enjoyable than a bright sunny day. I love this time of year so, so much!

I've already finished my cardio this morning, I did 10 miles. My body's still weak - my chest and head hurt again from lack of sleep - ugh! It was more difficult, but that's okay, I did it! Yeah! And once I get my kids off to school I'll continue my workout by doing lower body weight training. My legs get bulky really easy so I have to do light weights and high reps. Building muscle quickly runs in my family. My brothers are big solid guys naturally, they're very blessed. I'm grateful I love to exercise, but I really do have to be careful not to over train. I like long, lean muscles on women - not big and bulky. In addition to building muscle fast my family also gains weight easily. That's why I really have to eat clean to keep a lean physique. I'm still not yet where I want to be, but I've set my goals and I'm focusing on them daily. I will achieve them very soon, it's a fun journey and I'm learning so much along the way.

I'm going to eat very clean today - just wait and see! I started my day off with my SW, vitamins, protein drink and happy thoughts. It's going to be a wonderful day for sure!

Today's Diet:

I did pretty well today, I still could have done better however, but that's okay, tomorrow's a new day - a new beginning.

7:00 am SW (32 oz), vitamins, protein drink (with water), 32 oz of water

10:30 am SW, protein shake with light soy milk, frozen berries & a handful of almonds

1:30 pm Orange, 1/2 c cottage cheese & 1/2 yogurt, SW

4:00 pm Handful of Almonds, cottage cheese & 1/2 yogurt, SW

7:00 pm Chicken breast, 1/2 c brown rice, broccoli & carrots, 32 oz water

9:30 pm 1 c cottage cheese, 1/2 c pineapple & 1/2 yogurt, few almonds

I always need more calories when I'm feeling fatigued. Hopefully I'll feel better in the morning.

I have to say that today was such a great day! The weather was perfect, I visited with my friends and family, and made wonderful new clients. Sigh... life really is so good!

Good Morning!

Today's a great day! The sun is shining, the birds are singing and I actually feel well again - not a 100%, but I'm almost as good as new. I feel well enough to workout again, yeah! I won't be able to do cardio yet, (my chest still hurts) but I can do weights. I'll start with 20 minutes warm up, do upper body weights and I'll end with stretching. I'm really excited to get going.. I'm so grateful for my healthy body.

I have to confess that I didn't eat well at all this weekend...(that's always a bummer.) When I don't feel well I tend to snack a lot. I didn't really eat anything that's unhealthy, I just ate way too often... and that doesn't make for a lean physique. And now I have to make up for what I call 'damage control.' So I've decided that I'm going to keep my diet journal on my blog - how's that for scary! lol. I'll end each day with what I ate and hopefully it will be all good. That will help me reach my fitness goals much more quickly. :) Its amazing how quickly I lose my muscle tone when I don't workout and eat badly. I haven't been able to really workout good and hard for over two weeks... and when I fell off the wagon with my eating that made for a soft cuddly body - no fun. But thankfully I'm back on the wagon and rearing to go! :)

Yesterday was such a fun day. We just relaxed and enjoyed each other all day. We went up to SL to visit my sweet mother-in-law. I'm so proud of her she finished a weight room in her home. When I first saw it I was thrilled! She did such a great job, she as her free weights, bike, TV, and a big mirror - she did it perfectly! She's going to be one fit lady very soon! I love it when my loved ones get into fitness, there's nothing more empowering than feeling healthy, fit & thin! I love it!!!!

This weekend is the first horse show of the season and I haven't been training my horses like I should... I'm trying to decide if I'll just go for it anyway or wait until next month. I love to show my horses, its fun hanging out with people that have the same passions as I do. And my awesome younger brother, Jeff, is my groomer. He goes to all the shows with me, we have a blast together. He's so wonderful!!!! I love him so, so much. And my family loves supporting me, they're my cheerleaders, it means a lot to me to have them at the shows. And to top it off I have to speak at ZXoom's first seminar on Saturday. I'm looking forward to that as well, it will be a lot of fun I'm sure. So I'm going to have another very busy week! But it's all so good!!! :)

Well, my younger children just woke up, my older child is off to school already. I have to say, being a mother is the greatest gift in my life! I love my children more than life!!! What a blessing to have their powerful little spirits teach each day how to be a better person. Children are truly a gift from above. I better go I need to get them ready for school...

I didn't do quite as well as I had hoped, but did well all in all. This is what I had today.

7:00 am Vitamins, 32 oz SKinney Water (SW) & CRave, protein drink (in water)

10:30 am Protein shake with 3/4 cup light soy milk & 3/4 cup frozen berries.
32 oz water, SW

1:00 pm Grapefruit, handful of slivered almonds & a diet 7-Up, SW & CRave

4:00 pm 1/2 cup cottage cheese & 1/2 yogurt, 1 orange, handful of slivered almonds
32 oz water, SW

7:30 pm Taco salad with little meat, cottage cheese, lettuce and 2 tomatoes
32 oz of water, SW

9:00 pm Orange, 32 0z water

So there you have it! I hope to eat better tomorrow, I need more whole foods, lots of veggies and protein.

Good Morning...

It's such a beautiful morning. Our puppy, Chance, woke me up this morning, he's so adorable! But unfortunately I'm not feeling very well.... Ugh! I have a soar throat and my head hurts, what a bummer! Oh well, I guess I'll be laying low today. That means no exercising for me, again...

I have a hard time resting I have to admit. I like to stay very active especially on Saturdays. My kids love Saturday mornings! They always go out & play in our backyard - they love the morning air. They're out doing sidewalk chalk on our patio - it warms to my heart to watch & hear them laugh & play together. My son made a big Liv SXinney logo - how cute is that! I'm telling you, I love the stuff and so does my family. We have a lot of fun together on the weekends - I truly live for my family. On Saturdays we clean our home and muck out the stalls in the barn. Believe it or not but spending time in the barn is very therapeutic. We spend a lot time with Page & Flash, they get lots of attention, they're very spoiled. They get extra grooming and exercise on the weekends. (It's important to me that my horse are in great shape too.) And now I'm not feeling well enough to enjoy the outdoors with them... sigh... Oh well, life is good so I'll just have to appreciate my R&R...

I guess I'll just rest and read a lot today. And I'll be thinking happy thoughts of gratitude so my body will recover more quickly. The power of the mind is incredible. I'm very grateful for my healthy body; its just telling me that I need to slow down a bit - I've been so busy lately. I'll be back on top very soon I'm sure.

TIP OF THE DAY....

When exercising be sure to always warm up your muscles for 10 minutes prior to lifting weights or doing interval training. Your muscles will develop quicker and you'll have less recovery time by doing so. And remember to finish off with stretching the muscle groups you worked. And before you know it you'll have long lean muscles!

Hi there,

This morning is absolutely beautiful! The sun is shining and the birds are singing, and I have a smile on my face! My kids are off to school so I'm taking a moment to relax and enjoy the moment with my bottle of SXinney Water next to me. I seriously can't seem to start my day off without it anymore... :P

Anyway, yesterday was a difficult day for me, I saw a horrific accident on the way home from SLC, it made me cry. I pray that the family members involved and left behind are being blessed with comfort and peace. I raelly thought about how grateful I am for my healthy happy family. In just a few seconds that poor family's life was literally turned upside down... my heart still aches for them. Life really is so precious. It always makes me sad for those who sincerely don't appreciate & respect their family members and friends... life's way too short not to. I woke up with a lot of gratitude to Heavenly Father. It seriously was heartbreaking to see the accident, it was a sight I'm sure I won't soon forget.

But on the bright side it's going to be a warm weekend. That means I'll be able to ride my horses a ton! Yeah! I love to ride and live for the warm weather so I can get out and play. And my family loves to play in the barn and spend time with Page & Flash too. We seriously are in heaven when were in our backyard (that's where our barn is). I'm grateful that spring is finally here.

Good Morning!

It's May 1st and I woke up to snow!!! No fun! Oh well, at least it won't last. I'm telling you what I'm such a sunshine girl.

Last night was so much fun, I did the LivFit Radio Show with Cori Dyer and her guests. We had such a great time talking about fitness and how Liv SXinney Water is helping us all achieve our fitness & health goals. SXinney Water and CRave are such awesome products. I took the latest CRave (it's double the strength) for the first time the day before yesterday and when I woke up yesterday I felt tighter and leaner - literally!!!! :) I was one happy camper!

Today is another busy day. I have to get Chance to the groomers this morning and I have a bunch of meetings this afternoon both for my ZXoom business and for my Garden Gate Homes company. So it's all good! I really enjoy being active and having my days busy - especially when my children are in school. I'm always home for them both before and after school that's incredibly important to me. I love spending time with my family more than anything in the world. So I have to fit everything into my schedule while they're gone, my afternoons are generally very buys. And I also have to train my horses too to top it all off! That's my therapy time which I look forward to everyday. They're such loving horses, I adore them!

We're building two beautiful custom homes right now for two amazing families. I have to say that I love building so much! The people I meet and the friends I make are gifts from above. I feel honored to work with such wonderful people! My partner, Kecia, and I became friends years ago, it was always our dreams to own a construction company. We're quite the team I must say, we have tons of fun together. And my favorite little brother, Jeff, is our foreman. How lucky am I??? Jeff & I have always been the best of friends. I sincerely feel so blessed for all of my dear, dear friends and family around me. It sure makes for a happier life to live.

Well, I better get my day going... I've had my SXinney Water this morning so I'm ready to go! Have a great day! :)

To look & feel younger drink a gallon (about a 128 oz) of filtered water a day, preferably with SXinney Water. Good morning!

....I'm one tired girl this morning. I went to bed too late (not by choice) and I haven't made it to my kitchen to get my SXinney Water yet. I woke up earlier than usual, (I wish I was still sleeping...) But that's okay, birds are singing right outside my window and that always warms my heart. I woke up early because I'm speaking on the LIV FIT Radio Show this evening at 7:00 pm MST. Whenever I have a big event my mind is always rearing to go, I generally don't sleep very well the night before.... so that's why my body woke up over an hour earlier than usual. BTW, anyone can watch the radio show just log onto http://www.zxoom.us/. We'll be focusing on fitness, it will be very informative and a lot of fun! I'm honored to represent ZXoom. Liv SXinney has been an answer to my prayers, I feel so blessed to be part of such an amazing team!!!! :)

It's sooo true! I loved it! I'm a very optimistic person. I practice positive affirmation daily. I teach my children to Dream Big because dreams really do come true! And to attract the love and blessings we all want in our lives we must love and care for ourselves first. That means to speak and think kindly of oneself, then you'll find it easier to feel lovingly towards others as well. So each time you look in the mirror say sincerely, "I love you!" or another positive affirmation like, "I feel look & feel terrific!" The more you do this the happier you'll be. It's wonderful! I really focus on being and giving love - that's what makes the world go round! ;P

Well, I need to get my SW and vitamins now. I must admit that its nice to wake up before everyone else. It's so peaceful and quiet.... it's a good time to ponder and set my intentions for today's events. So I better go! Remember to keep smiling and have an awesome day!

Hi everyone!

Well, today has been a great day. I still don't feel as well as I'd like (I still have a head cold) but I'm happy. And I was very pleased to wake up to see our grass is almost all green! Yeah! That means warmer weather really is just around the corner! First thing this morning I drank my SXinney Water & CRave, took my vitamins and got my kids ready for school. After I got them out the door I headed down to my weight room (it's my favorite room in the house - literally.) I biked 10 miles, I'm pleased to say that I did it 5 minutes faster than I normally do! I was shocked actually. I know its from drinking SW, it really does give me way more endurance, it's so awesome!

Yesterday I didn't eat as well as I had hoped. My cute mother bought us some Multigrain all natural tortilla chips from Costco.... They're sooo delicious!!! They're made of flax, sunflower, & sesame seeds, oats fiber, brown rice, quinoa & soy. Even though they're very healthy they still have way too much sodium for my liking. So today I recommitted to eating clean and so far so good. For breakfast I had a protein shake made with lite soy milk & frozen berries - it's yummy! And for lunch I had a wonderful fresh salad with chicken. Then for my snack I had a protein bar & some lite popcorn... I always feel better when I'm true to myself. And it helps to keep a journal of my diet as well - blogging is quite the motivator! :)

I went to a Liv SXinney luncheon today at the corporate office, it was wonderful! I learned a lot more about the benefits of taking the Liv SXinney products. Seriously, the health property list goes on forever. I want to tell even more people about the powerful healing benefits it has. And not to mention that people are losing weight very quickly!!! What a bonus!!! I love to hear the success stories, knowing how much happier and healthier the people are that drink it warms my heart. I really enjoy the luncheons, I get to see my friends weekly, it's so much fun! The uplifting energy is amazing! I sincerely admire and look up to each and every person that attends the luncheons. And I cherish each new friend I make... everyone that is drawn to this company is outstanding! I'm one lucky girl to be part of it!

To raise your metabolism eat a small balanced meal every 3 hours consisting of a protein, complex carb and a fruit or veggie. Each portion should be about the size of the palm of your hand. Happy eating!

Good Morning!

Its a beautiful morning here in Utah, it's supposed to be 75 degrees today - Yea!!! I love sunshine & hot weather... I can hardly wait for summer! I always feel happy and renewed when the sun is shinning! I'm sipping on my SXinney Water & CRave right now. It's a great way to wake up - it clears my mind and gives me the needed energy which I really need. So now I'm ready to get my day going... I have a full day; lots of meetings both with my Liv Sxinney business and my construction company - It's all Good!

I'll be posting my days events especially with my diet & fitness... I've had chronic fatique for years. I was so sick at a time in my life many years ago that I could hardly make it out of bed. I was always sick - I still struggle a bit with it, but feel very healthy and strong for the most part. That's why I'm into fitness because I was tired of always feeling weak and frail.

Anyway, I'm actually feeling a bit fatigued this morning, I have a head cold which always zaps my energy. I rested for most of the weekend thankfully. After I get my children off to school I'm going to workout in my home gym in our basement. I'm only going to do weights this morning however, I don't have enough energy to do cardio & weights. I'll start with 25 minutes warm up on the bike & then I'll do my upper body workout & I'll end with stretching.

I'm also going to eat clean today! I ate some baked Doritos with cottage cheese and salsa over the weekend... It tasted soooo yummy... but my body did not like it after the fact. I had water retention and felt yucky. That was a good reminder of why I have to eat wholesome foods. I feel tons better when I do. So today I'm back on track!!! I'll touch base this evening too to let you know that I did indeed keep my word. :)

Well I'm off, today's going to be a great day!
